Our Services

I utilize a strength-based perspective while providing evidenced based practices in treatment. The therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused, and Psychotherapy. My framework includes a psychodynamic approach that’s empathetic, validating, and collaborative. I believe healing begins through a safe and trusting relationship.

I work with clients who are managing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, depleted self-esteem, perfectionism, depression, addiction, disordered eating patterns, life transitions (college, career change, parenthood, relocation etc), pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and relationship conflict.

I assist clients in exploring their thoughts to better understand the impact they have on their emotions. We will process how these thinking patterns and feelings connect to experiences and overall impacts on quality of life. I work with my clients to reframe negative self talk and develop healthy coping mechanisms. In sessions, we will explore distress tolerance skills, practice emotion regulation, and work on interpersonal effectiveness for healthy and rewarding relationships. I teach mindfulness skills for everyday use. Through self-reflection and therapeutic connection, my clients can better navigate their relationships, emotions, and life stressors.
