Compassionate Care, Evidence-Based Treatment

I’m Sarah Williams, LCSW - a licensed clinical social worker based in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. I provide therapy for clients in Connecticut, New York, and Illinois. I pair evidence-based methods with genuine human connection. Drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic approaches, I help clients turn anxiety, mood struggles, pregnancy/postpartum, and major life transitions into opportunities for growth.

Sessions are collaborative, strengths-focused, and tailored to your pace. Together we will build coping skills, develop deep self-understanding, and create lasting change so you can live a life that feels authentically yours.

Book an appointment

Schedule your first 15-minute phone consultation or an individual therapy session by using the Select Appointment form. Pick a time that works for you, and you will receive an email confirmation and provided with a secure tele-health link.

I’m an out-of-network provider, which means you pay at the time of service and may request reimbursement from your insurance company. I’m happy to supply a ‘super bill’ at the end of the month.

More questions about insurance, fees, or what to expect? Feel free to add them in the notes field while booking!
